Joe was our agent as my wife and I decided it was time to buy our first home. My dad had referenced me to him. When I first called Joe, he immediately began to listen and ask questions about what it is that we wanted. I didn't know about the home buying process, and as an engineer I like processes. On signing our contract with Joe Cassar we just wanted to sell our home as is. He suggested we first make some upgrade improvements. We did not agree. After a few months of many visitors but no offers, he recommended a great painter, a granite specialist and a designer who made many suggestions. He was very persistent. The day following completion the first visitor made an offer. Joe is very knowledgeable in banking and is a very good negotiator. We recommend him highly.
