I am a full-time broker/agent with 15 years of hands-on experience. As an independent brokerage firm, we don’t accept any kick-backs or referral fees from vendors. Sounds normal, right? But many big-box brokerages have ownership interests in title companies, lenders, home inspection firms, or the contractors that they recommend. We do not. My team and I never lose sight of who we work for - our clients' interests are our primary concern.

Our results are superb as we use an aggressive “Plan of Action” that ensures that we sell what we list!  Many agents simply list houses and then walk away hoping that the house will sell.  Our active approach to selling does not leave things to chance.  We are detail-oriented with systems in place to ensure that we don’t miss contract commitments & deadlines.  This attention to detail combined with our client-focused approach ensures that we provide top-notch customer service.

My previous career as a bank examiner for 16 years gives me invaluable experience & knowledge regarding mortgages and creative ways to finance property.  I have helped buyers and investors buy low and I have helped sellers to maximize their gains.
