I'm a full-time broker/agent with 15 years of hands-on experience. As an independent brokerage firm, we don't accept any kick-backs or referral fees from vendors. Sounds normal, right? But many big-box brokerages have ownership interests in title companies, lenders, home inspection firms, or the contractors that they recommend. We do not. My team and I never lose sight of who we work for - our clients' interests are our primary concern.
Our results are superb as we use an aggressive "Plan of Action" that ensures that we sell what we list! Many agents simply list houses and then walk away hoping that the house will sell.
